Shipping Policy

 We ship all our orders via DPD. Most orders will arrive the next working day, however during busier periods this can extend.

1 - 3 Working Days : £5.00

Spend over £120 for FREE Express Shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

CHRISTMAS RETURNS:

All orders placed on or after 15th November 2023 can be returned up to 15th January 2024 as part of our Christmas Returns Policy. We are very strict on this policy and will not accept any returns outside of this period.

All other return terms still apply.

Returns and Refunds accepted within 14 days from when delivered (unless otherwise stated on product page), providing proof of purchase.

Item must be returned in original condition with tags.

We'll refund the price you purchased your item at, this includes sale items.

No Marks, Stains, Smells or Damage will be accepted.

The return can be rejected if any of the above Policy Terms are not met.

We Quality Control (QC) every garment as it is packed for delivery. However, we still advise checking for any small defects or order errors once received. Once the tags have been removed / garment has been worn, we can no longer be responsible for any defects. Any damages or errors found must be reported to our customer service team or a member of staff before the 14 day returns period.

​You as the customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. Any loses or damages occurred when returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. We advise sending the return parcel tracked / recorded to cover this.
